Job Description / Overview
Office-based supervisor at Lahore Head Office & Branch (Main Office) managing Biz Spark's remote Work From Home viewers team. Lead a minimum of 50 Community Engagement & Channel Support Officers across six cities, coordinate 4-hour and 8-hour batches, monitor watch hours and engagement, and drive channel monetization support for Biz Spark and private clients - without lottery or chance-based mechanics.
Required Qualification
Minimum FA and above (FA / FSc / ICS / I.Com / A-Levels / Intermediate); Graduation or Master preferred
Age Criteria
20-55 years - Pakistani Citizen
Experience Required
1-2 years team leadership / remote team management / BPO or community operations - experience managing 50+ people preferred
Salary Package / Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- •Manage a minimum of 50 Work From Home - Community Engagement & Channel Support Officers (viewers team) across Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Sahiwal, Multan, and Bahawalpur
- •Coordinate 4 Hours (PKR 10,000-20,000) and 8 Hours (PKR 21,000-40,000) batches with flexible viewer time windows while remaining full-time office-based yourself
- •Assign daily tasks: watch Biz Spark online lectures/videos on YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok; drive likes, comments, shares, and watch time for channel growth and monetization
- •Monitor team performance via daily reports - active headcount (50+), watch hours, engagement metrics, community support, and monetization progress
- •Compile consolidated daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Operations / Marketing leadership and CEO
- •Coordinate with Production Office and media teams (video, design, social, SEO, web) on upload schedules and viewer assignments
- •Ensure recognition and reward activities follow published merit-based methodology only - no lottery, gambling, or chance-based mechanics
- •Uphold professional conduct, Blue & White branding standards, formal banking payroll, and welfare facilitation for the supervised team
Skills Required
