Required Qualification
Middle / Matric; traditional tandoor training or bakery vocational certificate
Age Criteria
18-45 years - Pakistani Citizen
Experience Required
2+ years tandoor, naanbai, or bakery production experience

Key Responsibilities
- •Operate tandoor and prepare consistent quality breads and tandoori items
- •Manage dough preparation, fermentation timing, and baking temperatures
- •Maintain tandoor fuel, ventilation, and safety procedures
- •Coordinate with kitchen on order volumes during peak meal periods
- •Ensure cleanliness of tandoor area and proper PPE usage
- •Train assistants on dough handling and tandoor safety
- •Report equipment wear, fuel usage, and production shortfalls
