Job Description / Overview

Deliver gents grooming services including haircuts, beard styling, and basic salon treatments at Biz Spark gents salon units.

Required Qualification

Middle / Matric with barbering or cosmetology vocational certificate

Age Criteria

20-40 years - Pakistani Citizen

Experience Required

1+ years barber shop, gents salon, or hairdressing experience

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide haircuts, beard trims, and styling per client preferences
  • •Maintain hygiene of tools, chairs, and workstation sanitization
  • •Consult clients on styles and recommend suitable grooming options
  • •Manage appointment flow and walk-in queue with supervisor
  • •Restock consumables and report equipment maintenance needs
  • •Upsell salon products and services where appropriate
  • •Follow salon SOPs, uniform standards, and customer service etiquette
