Job Description / Overview
Research, formulate, and launch beauty, cosmetics, and personal care products for salon units and retail offerings under Biz Spark.
Required Qualification
Bachelor - BS Chemistry / Cosmetology / Pharmacy; formulation certification preferred
Age Criteria
22-35 years - Pakistani Citizen
Experience Required
2+ years product development in cosmetics, personal care, or salon products

Key Responsibilities
- •Research market trends and develop product concepts for beauty lines
- •Coordinate formulation, testing, labeling, and regulatory compliance
- •Manage sample production, pilot batches, and quality approval
- •Work with salon teams on service-product bundling and retail display
- •Evaluate supplier ingredients and packaging options
- •Prepare product launch plans, pricing inputs, and training materials
- •Monitor post-launch feedback and iterate formulations
