Job Description / Overview

Execute end-to-end recruitment for corporate, skilled, and support roles; manage applicant pipelines, interviews, and onboarding in alignment with Biz Spark hiring standards.

Key Responsibilities

• •Publish vacancies, screen applications, and maintain candidate databases
• •Coordinate written tests, interviews, and assessment panel schedules
• •Verify credentials, references, and background information
• •Support offer letters, joining formalities, and orientation coordination
• •Track recruitment metrics and report hiring status to HR leadership
• •Ensure fair, transparent, and policy-compliant hiring practices
• •Liaise with department heads on manpower planning and role requirements
