Job Description / Overview
Manage specialized business units including tailoring, salon, and food & tandoor operations, ensuring quality output, customer satisfaction, and profitable unit performance.
Required Qualification
Bachelor - BBA / BS Management; sector-specific diploma or certification preferred
Age Criteria
25-42 years - Pakistani Citizen
Experience Required
3+ years managing retail, hospitality, or skilled-trade business units

Key Responsibilities
- •Oversee unit-level P&L, inventory, and daily production or service delivery
- •Ensure quality standards, hygiene, and safety compliance for the unit type
- •Recruit, train, and supervise skilled workforce and support staff
- •Monitor customer feedback, service times, and repeat business metrics
- •Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment maintenance, and vendor liaison
- •Implement promotional activities and upselling strategies at unit level
- •Report unit performance, incidents, and improvement plans to operations leadership
