Lead marketing strategy, brand positioning, campaign planning, and cross-channel execution to grow Biz Spark's visibility and customer engagement.
Required Qualification
Master - MBA Marketing / MS Marketing / Mass Communications
Age Criteria
28-45 years - Pakistani Citizen
Experience Required
4+ years marketing management in corporate or multi-brand environments

Key Responsibilities
- •Develop annual marketing plan, budgets, and brand guidelines
- •Lead ATL/BTL campaigns, events, and promotional activations
- •Manage marketing team and agency/vendor relationships
- •Monitor brand consistency across digital and physical touchpoints
- •Analyze campaign ROI, market trends, and competitor activity
- •Coordinate with sales/operations on launch and seasonal promotions
- •Report marketing performance and strategic recommendations to leadership
