Job Description / Overview

Lead finance operations including digital transactions, banking reconciliation, treasury controls, and financial reporting for Biz Spark's multi-city operations.

Key Responsibilities

• •Oversee daily cash flow, bank accounts, and digital transaction reconciliation
• •Implement financial controls, approval matrices, and audit trails
• •Manage month-end closing, financial statements, and management reports
• •Coordinate with banks on corporate accounts, POS, and payment gateways
• •Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives
• •Ensure tax, regulatory, and internal audit compliance
• •Lead finance team and liaise with external auditors
