Job Description / Overview
Deliver professional online lecture content for Biz Spark across six city offices. Subject specialists teach their Master-level specialization for digital education outreach, YouTube and social platforms, and community learning - with formal employment via banking.
Required Qualification
Master's degree (or equivalent) in the selected subject specialization
Age Criteria
22-45 years - Pakistani Citizen
Experience Required
Fresh Master graduates and experienced lecturers welcome; teaching or content delivery experience preferred

Key Responsibilities
- •Prepare and record subject lectures to professional education standards
- •Deliver clear, structured online lessons aligned with Biz Spark education standards
- •Support Applied Sciences and Social Sciences digital learning initiatives
- •Coordinate with media and content teams on editing and publishing schedules
- •Maintain professional presentation, accuracy, and learner-focused delivery
- •Contribute to educational playlists and community outreach content
- •Follow brand, ethics, and quality guidelines for all recorded material
Skills Required
- •Subject mastery at Master level
- •Clear spoken English and/or Urdu as applicable
- •Camera confidence and lecture structuring
- •Punctuality and professional conduct
- •Basic digital tools for content review
- •Learner engagement mindset
