Job Description / Overview
Lead and manage branch operations across assigned locations, ensuring service excellence, revenue targets, staff development, regulatory compliance, and community engagement in line with Biz Spark corporate standards.
Required Qualification
Master - MBA / MPA / M.Com / MA (M.Phil and PhD preferred)
Age Criteria
28-45 years - Pakistani Citizen
Experience Required
2-3 years branch / operations management

Key Responsibilities
- •Oversee daily branch operations including customer service, cash handling, and business unit coordination
- •Lead, motivate, and supervise branch staff; conduct performance reviews and training
- •Achieve branch revenue, sales, and operational KPIs set by regional leadership
- •Ensure compliance with company policies, banking procedures, labor laws, and audit requirements
- •Maintain branch records, reporting dashboards, and timely submission to head office
- •Represent Biz Spark in local community outreach, customer relations, and welfare initiatives
- •Report directly to Regional Manager / Operations Manager on branch performance and escalations
