Job Description / Overview
Lead tailoring unit production as a master cutter and stitcher; set quality benchmarks, train tailors, and ensure timely fulfillment of garment orders.
Required Qualification
Vocational diploma / DAE in Garment Technology; Master Tailor certification preferred
Age Criteria
20-40 years - Pakistani Citizen
Experience Required
5+ years professional tailoring including cutting, stitching, and finishing

Key Responsibilities
- •Perform precision cutting, pattern layout, and complex stitching work
- •Set quality standards for seams, fitting, finishing, and alterations
- •Train junior tailors on techniques, measurements, and fabric handling
- •Review order specifications and approve samples before bulk production
- •Optimize material usage and minimize wastage in cutting processes
- •Maintain tailoring equipment and coordinate repairs with administration
- •Report production output, delays, and quality issues to Unit Supervisor
