Job Description / Overview

Create visual assets for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, print collateral, and internal communications following Biz Spark brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• •Design logos, brochures, banners, social posts, and presentation decks
• •Maintain brand guidelines, templates, and asset libraries
• •Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors for production
• •Collaborate with marketing and content teams on campaign visuals
• •Retouch photos and create infographics for reports and education content
• •Manage design revisions and meet campaign deadlines
• •Archive finalized assets and version control in shared drives

Skills Required

• •Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• •Brand identity design
• •Print and digital layout
• •Typography and color theory
• •Canva and Figma (supplementary)
• •File preparation for print and web

Reporting Structure

Reports To: Marketing Manager

Supervises: Design interns or freelancers (as assigned)
