Job Description / Overview
Serve as senior skilled workforce member providing expert production or service delivery while mentoring junior staff in business units.
Required Qualification
Matric / Intermediate with vocational certification in relevant trade
Age Criteria
20-40 years - Pakistani Citizen
Experience Required
3+ years skilled experience in tailoring, salon, food, or hospitality

Key Responsibilities
- •Perform advanced tasks in assigned trade with minimal supervision
- •Train and mentor junior tailors, beauticians, or kitchen staff
- •Assist Unit Supervisor with quality checks and rush order fulfillment
- •Maintain tools, equipment, and workstation readiness standards
- •Suggest process improvements for efficiency and quality
- •Cover supervisory duties during supervisor absence as directed
- •Adhere to safety, hygiene, and company conduct policies
