Job Description / Overview
Prepare meals and manage kitchen cooking operations for food service units, ensuring taste, hygiene, and timely service.
Required Qualification
Matric / Intermediate; culinary diploma or hotel management certificate preferred
Age Criteria
20-40 years - Pakistani Citizen
Experience Required
2+ years commercial cooking, restaurant, or catering kitchen

Key Responsibilities
- •Prepare menu items according to standardized recipes and portions
- •Manage prep lists, cooking schedules, and hot-holding standards
- •Maintain kitchen hygiene, utensil sanitation, and storage discipline
- •Monitor ingredient freshness and coordinate with supervisor on reorders
- •Train kitchen helpers on safe food handling and cleaning routines
- •Coordinate with wait staff on order timing and special requests
- •Report wastage, equipment faults, and hygiene audit findings
