Job Description / Overview
Design and conduct psychological assessments for candidates; serve on interview panels to evaluate aptitude, personality fit, and role suitability for Biz Spark positions.
Required Qualification
Master - MS / MPhil Psychology (Clinical or Organizational Psychology preferred)
Age Criteria
25-40 years - Pakistani Citizen
Experience Required
2+ years in psychological assessment, counseling, or organizational psychology

Key Responsibilities
- •Develop and administer psychometric and behavioral assessment tools
- •Participate in structured interview panels and provide evaluation reports
- •Assess candidate stress tolerance, teamwork, and ethical alignment
- •Maintain confidential assessment records and scoring rubrics
- •Advise HR on candidate suitability and red-flag indicators
- •Support employee wellness and conflict mediation when required
- •Contribute to internship and trainee evaluation programs
