Job Description / Overview
Lead IT infrastructure, systems support, cybersecurity practices, and technology projects across Biz Spark's head office and branch network.
Required Qualification
Master - MS CS / MIT / MBA IT; Cisco or ITIL certification preferred
Age Criteria
28-45 years - Pakistani Citizen
Experience Required
5+ years IT management in corporate or multi-branch environments

Key Responsibilities
- •Manage servers, networks, cloud services, and backup/disaster recovery
- •Oversee POS systems, CMS, and business application support
- •Implement cybersecurity policies, access controls, and patch management
- •Plan IT budgets, vendor contracts, and hardware refresh cycles
- •Lead IT team and coordinate with departments on technology needs
- •Support software development priorities and integration projects
- •Report IT uptime, incidents, and roadmap to senior management
