Job Description / Overview

Serve as the lead training expert for office staff across all cities; design curricula, deliver sessions, and build internal training capacity for Biz Spark.

Required Qualification

Master - MBA / MEd / MS Training & Development (PhD or professional certification preferred)

Age Criteria

30-50 years - Pakistani Citizen

Experience Required

5+ years corporate training, TOT certification, or L&D leadership

Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop training modules for corporate, operations, and support roles
  • •Deliver train-the-trainer programs for city-level trainers
  • •Assess training needs and design annual L&D calendar
  • •Evaluate training effectiveness through tests and post-training reviews
  • •Standardize onboarding and refresher training across locations
  • •Maintain training materials, manuals, and e-learning content
  • •Advise HR leadership on competency frameworks and skill gaps
