Job Description / Overview

Support entrepreneurship development programs, mentor aspiring entrepreneurs, and facilitate small business launch initiatives under Biz Spark.

Required Qualification

Bachelor - BBA / Entrepreneurship / Development Studies (MBA preferred)

Age Criteria

22-35 years - Pakistani Citizen

Experience Required

2+ years entrepreneurship programs, incubation, or SME development

Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver entrepreneurship training workshops and bootcamps
  • •Mentor participants on business planning, licensing, and operations
  • •Evaluate business plans and recommend program participants for support
  • •Coordinate with finance and legal on startup compliance guidance
  • •Track program outcomes, business launches, and employment created
  • •Build partnerships with chambers, banks, and training providers
  • •Prepare program reports and success stories for marketing
