Job Description / Overview
Provide front-of-house food service including order taking, serving, billing support, and customer hospitality in restaurant units.
Required Qualification
Middle / Matric; hospitality or food service training preferred
Age Criteria
18-45 years - Pakistani Citizen
Experience Required
6 months-1 year waiter, restaurant, or hospitality service

Key Responsibilities
- •Greet customers, present menus, and take orders accurately
- •Serve food and beverages with professional conduct and timing
- •Maintain table cleanliness, tray handling, and dining area readiness
- •Support cash/POS billing and payment handling as trained
- •Handle basic customer requests and escalate complaints to supervisor
- •Follow hygiene, uniform, and grooming standards at all times
- •Assist in opening/closing duties and side-station stocking
