Step 1 — Application Submission

Complete the online application form available on the official BIZ Spark website and submit the required information accurately.

Step 2 — Required Documents

Applicants are required to upload and submit the following documents:

• Updated CV / Resume
• Recent passport-size photograph
• Valid CNIC or B-Form (where applicable)
• Educational certificates and transcripts
• Professional certifications (if available)
• Experience documents (if applicable)
• Application processing fee evidence (Payment slip / Bank Draft / Easypaisa / JazzCash receipt)

Applicants may also be required to submit physical copies of documents to the designated BIZ Spark office address where requested.

Step 3 — Application Review

The Human Resources Department reviews all applications to verify eligibility, documentation, qualifications, and suitability for available opportunities.

Step 4 — Interview & Assessment

Shortlisted candidates are invited for an interview and assessment process. Depending on operational requirements and applicant location, interviews may be conducted:

• At the BIZ Spark office
• Through approved virtual platforms (where applicable)

Candidates may also be assigned practical tasks, professional assessments, or business development exercises relevant to the position being applied for.

Step 5 — Selection Decision

Based on interview performance, assessments, qualifications, and organizational requirements, selected candidates may receive:

• Internship Offer
• Employment Offer
• Future Talent Pool Placement

Step 6 — Agreement & Documentation

Selected candidates must complete all required documentation, including internship agreements, employment agreements, policy acknowledgements, and onboarding requirements.

Step 7 — Onboarding

Following successful completion of documentation and verification procedures, candidates are formally onboarded and assigned to their respective departments, projects, internship programs, or business units.

Step 8 — Performance Evaluation

Interns and employees are evaluated through structured performance monitoring systems based on attendance, discipline, productivity, task completion, learning progress, and overall contribution. Outstanding performers may be considered for long-term career opportunities within BIZ Spark, subject to organizational requirements and position availability.
