Step 1 - Application Submission

Complete the online application form on the official Biz Spark website and submit accurate personal, educational, and professional information.

Step 2 - Document Upload

Upload the following documents with your application:

• CV / Resume (optional, recommended)
• CNIC front and back (required)
• Recent photograph (required)
• Latest degree or educational certificate (required)
• Professional certifications (if available)
• Experience letters (if applicable)
• Application fee payment evidence (bank deposit slip)

Physical copies may be requested later at a designated Biz Spark office, where required.

Step 3 - Application Screening

The Human Resources team screens applications for eligibility, documentation completeness, qualifications, and suitability for available roles.

Step 4 - Interview & Assessment

Shortlisted candidates are invited for an interview and assessment. Depending on role and location, interviews may be conducted:

• At a Biz Spark office
• Through approved virtual platforms (where applicable)

Candidates may also complete practical tasks or role-related assessments.

Step 5 - Selection Decision

Based on interview performance, assessments, qualifications, and organizational needs, selected candidates may receive:

• Internship offer
• Employment offer
• Talent pipeline consideration

Step 6 - Offer Acceptance & Documentation

Selected candidates complete required paperwork, including internship or employment agreements, policy acknowledgements, and onboarding forms.

Step 7 - Onboarding

After documentation and verification are complete, candidates are onboarded and assigned to their department, project, internship program, or business unit.

Step 8 - Performance Review

Ongoing performance feedback supports development, role clarity, and career growth within Biz Spark. Strong performers may be considered for longer-term opportunities, subject to organizational needs and role availability.
