Expansion Plan
Biz Spark was launched in Lahore, Punjab (March 2026) with an initial operational focus on Punjab province. Phase 1 operations are currently in process for 6 offices: Lahore (Head Office & Branch - Main Office), Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Sahiwal, Multan, and Bahawalpur.
The long-term goal is to develop a scalable franchise and regional expansion model to establish business units across major cities of Pakistan based on successful business models. Future expansion cities will be announced based on operational success.
