BIZ SPARK RECOGNITION PROGRAM

How It Works
Entry Method 1 — Task Completion
Participants complete assigned tasks (e.g., community activities, skill challenges, awareness campaigns). Upon successful completion, they become eligible for the Recognition Program.
Entry Method 2 — Reward Entry
Participants may obtain a Reward Entry (PKR 1 to PKR 100, varying by cycle) to become eligible for the Recognition Program.
Refund
Any amount paid for a Reward Entry will be refunded within 1 to 90 days through the original payment method (Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash).
Selection Process
Recognition assignments are conducted through a defined selection methodology based on published program terms. All activities are compliant with applicable laws and regulations in Pakistan.

Customer Rewards & Loyalty Ecosystem
BIZ Spark aims to build a customer-focused ecosystem that combines affordability, service quality, and community engagement.
Customers utilizing eligible BIZ Spark services and business units may receive computerized receipts and transaction records through the company's operational systems. Subject to applicable program rules, customers may become eligible for participation in promotional campaigns, loyalty initiatives, reward activities, and community engagement programs organized by the company.
The objective of the program is to encourage customer participation, strengthen long-term relationships, and support the growth of BIZ Spark's business ecosystem.
As the company expands, loyalty initiatives may be integrated with the BIZ Spark Membership Card Program, allowing registered members to access additional benefits, promotional opportunities, discounts, and participation privileges.
All customer reward activities, promotional campaigns, eligibility requirements, participation criteria, and benefit structures shall remain subject to company policies, applicable laws, regulatory approvals, and official program terms and conditions.

- The Biz Spark Recognition Program will operate subject to applicable laws, regulations, and official terms published by Biz Spark Private Limited
- No lottery, gambling, or chance-based mechanics are used
- All recognition is based on published selection methodology
