Job Description / Overview

Lead applied research and innovation projects bridging science, technology, and business to improve products, processes, and new venture ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• •Identify innovation opportunities across tailoring, food, beauty, and digital units
• •Design experiments, prototypes, and pilot programs with measurable outcomes
• •Collaborate with BD, QA, and IT on technology adoption and process innovation
• •Prepare research papers, internal briefs, and patent/IP documentation
• •Manage innovation project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder reviews
• •Scout emerging technologies including AI tools for operational efficiency
• •Report innovation pipeline and ROI to executive leadership
