Job Description / Overview
Provide regional leadership for branch and business unit operations, ensuring consistent performance, compliance, and growth across assigned cities.
Required Qualification
Master - MBA / MPA / M.Com (Management or Business Administration)
Age Criteria
28-45 years - Pakistani Citizen
Experience Required
4+ years regional or area management in retail, services, or financial operations

Key Responsibilities
- •Supervise branch managers and unit supervisors within the assigned region
- •Set regional targets and monitor achievement against company objectives
- •Conduct regular branch visits, inspections, and operational audits
- •Resolve regional escalations related to staff, customers, and compliance
- •Implement corporate policies and training programs at regional level
- •Coordinate with head office departments for resource allocation and reporting
- •Drive community engagement and brand presence in regional markets
