Job Description / Overview
Ensure ethical conduct, Islamic values alignment, and community-sensitive practices across Biz Spark programs, content, and operations.
Required Qualification
Master - MA Islamic Studies / Shariah / Ethics (M.Phil preferred)
Age Criteria
25-40 years - Pakistani Citizen
Experience Required
2+ years Islamic studies teaching, ethics advisory, or community programs

Key Responsibilities
- •Review marketing content, programs, and policies for ethical and Shariah alignment
- •Advise leadership on community-sensitive business practices
- •Conduct ethics awareness sessions for staff and interns
- •Support community outreach with faith-aligned messaging
- •Evaluate partnership and sponsorship proposals for ethical compliance
- •Maintain ethics guidelines and reference documentation
- •Report on ethics compliance and community feedback to management
