Job Description / Overview
Lead human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, training coordination, and compliance across Biz Spark operations.
Required Qualification
Master - MBA HR / MPA / MS Human Resource Management
Age Criteria
28-45 years - Pakistani Citizen
Experience Required
5+ years HR management in corporate or multi-branch organizations

Key Responsibilities
- •Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook updates
- •Oversee recruitment, onboarding, probation, and exit management
- •Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
- •Coordinate training, performance appraisal, and career development programs
- •Ensure labor law, social security, and EOBI compliance facilitation
- •Prepare HR analytics, headcount reports, and management dashboards
- •Advise leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
