Job Description / Overview
Ensure food safety, recipe standardization, and hygiene compliance across food & tandoor units in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualification
Bachelor - BS Food Science / Food Technology / Nutrition
Age Criteria
22-35 years - Pakistani Citizen
Experience Required
2+ years food technology, kitchen QA, or hospitality food safety

Key Responsibilities
- •Standardize recipes, portion controls, and nutritional labeling where applicable
- •Conduct hygiene audits, temperature logs, and storage inspections
- •Train chefs and kitchen staff on HACCP and safe food handling
- •Approve new menu items and ingredient substitutions
- •Investigate food safety incidents and implement corrective actions
- •Coordinate pest control, water testing, and equipment sanitation schedules
- •Maintain compliance documentation for regulatory inspections
